Σκοπός του coachprofile.gr είναι να διευκολύνει τη χρονοβόρα και συνήθως άκαρπη διαδικασία εύρεσης εργασίας στο χώρο του ποδοσφαίρου. Δημιουργήθηκε από ανθρώπους του συγκεκριμένου χώρου και απευθύνεται στους επαγγελματίες και ερασιτέχνες προπονητές, γυμναστές, personal trainers αλλά και σε όσους
ασχολούνται ενεργά με το χώρο του ερασιτεχνικού κι επαγγελματικού ποδοσφαίρου, προσφέροντας την ευκαιρία να προβάλλονται στοχευμένα 365 μέρες το χρόνο.
Παράλληλα, δίνει την ευχέρεια στους ποδοσφαιρικούς συλλόγους να αναζητήσουν
και να στελεχώσουν την προπονητική τους ομάδα (και όχι μόνο) επιλέγοντας τα
στελέχη της με διαφανείς διαδικασίες, εύκολα και γρήγορα σύμφωνα με τα κριτήρια
και τις προτεραιότητες που κάθε σύλλογος επιθυμεί. Το coachprofile.gr επιχειρεί να εξαλείψει μεθόδους προηγούμενων δεκαετιών, όπως την εύρεση προπονητών κλπ
μέσω τρίτων, μέσω γνωριμιών και συνήθως την τελευταία στιγμή και με αμφίβολα αποτελέσματα.
Το ποδόσφαιρο έχει ανάγκη να εκσυγχρονιστεί και το coach profile είναι το πρώτο μεγάλο βήμα. Αν αγαπάμε το ποδόσφαιρο εμείς που το πρεσβεύουμε, το μόνο που έχουμε να κάνουμε είναι να το ακολουθήσουμε.
